Christmas 2009

I was so excited to wake up this Christmas with Peyton and him to see that Santa had visited. I think I was more excited b/c he got it, but then again didn't get it. He did good opening presents at first until he got to his "Cars" matchbox cars, then he was done so he could play. He finished opening the rest later. He did the same when my Mom (grandma) and Nana(Anita) and Grandpa(My Dad) came over with presents. We had a nice dinner w/ my Mom, Bob, Grandma Pat & Jessica. Well, the rest of my "Family" they didn't miss us at their gathering, but what do you, but make the day the best you can. I'm sad Peyton didn't have anyone to play with until Bryce came over in the evening, but at least the other kids didn't go through the same!!

Peyton's First Visit with Santa

This was Peyton's first year to sit on Santa's lap (2yr 5months old). He did so well. I was so scared that he would cry, but he went right up to him and sat on his lap and talked about Lighting McQueen. I was so happy because I couldn't get him to sit in front of the tree at home to get a picture for my Christmas cards and I got one on Santa's lap. It was great!!

One night when Larry was snowmobiling Peyton and I were sitting home and of course I grabbed the camera. He started making so many silly poses.....

He made me laugh so hard that night!!

Jr. Apple Festival

After Bryce's soccer game Peyton & I met my Dad, Anita & Bryce at the Jr. Apple Festival. It was very nice. They gave away free hot dogs, chips, punch, popcorn, snow cones & cotton candy along with a bunch of games for the kids to do. Here is a picture of Peyton walking on bails of hay. Who knew that would be so much fun. Soon after this picture we had to leave because it was nap time!!! Another fun weekend!

Peyton and I went to my little brother Bryce's soccer game. Look at him kick the ball in!! I enjoy going to watch him play his sports!!!

Labor Day Weekend

Saturday we took the car out and went to Pizza King and for a drive. Sunday we took Peyton to Stone Lake and below is Daddy & Peyton reeling in a fish (the only fish caught that day).








Monday we had cookout with Mom & Bob.

I have to say that Peyton is daddy's lil' boy. Everything is daddy's and he wants to do everything daddy does. I absolutely love this picture. Peyton woke up in the morning and as always the first thing he says is "Where's Daddy". It melt my heart to see the soft side of Larry!!!! He's a great dad!

FAMILY WEEKEND

This weekend was a good weekend. My dad, Anita & Bryce came over and visited Friday night. Saturday Larry, Peyton & I drove to Driers in Three Oaks and stopped by the Galien Cemetery to visit and clean his dad's headstone. We ended the weekend by going to my Mom's during the day so Peyton could play in the kiddie pool and play with Bob. He love's Bob. Then finished the night by visiting Clint, Jenny and the kids who just got back from camping up North. Good Weekend!!

BATMAN......

Peyton's grandma(my mother) bought him some Batman Pajama's for his birthday. Little did she know that he was really going to fly.

They look so sweet and innocent. The two them were playing at Kristina's baby shower. They were over in the corner taking food out of the bird feeders. They are too cute!! (Harli & Peyton)

Peyton loves daddy. Everything is "Daddy do it". He loves to mow the lawn or do what ever daddy is doing. He's Larry's little shadow. It just melts my heart.

And daddy plays with Peyton's toys too!

PEYTON'S 2ND BIRTHDAY

I can't believe my baby is "2".

We went to his 2yr check-up today and he is 30lbs 36 inches tall. He is growing so fast. He is such a little boy now! It awesome now that he can communicate a little better, and he definitely knows when he wants something and when he does not.
There is no persuasion going on here!
